PROFILE
We are looking for a Professional Lawyer to join the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate group of our client in the Netherlands.
The attorneys, civil-law notaries and junior civil-law notaries who make up the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate group assist their clients in almost every conceivable situation in this area, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Where necessary, they work with specialists in other practice groups, with other consultants (such as accountants or tax lawyers), and, in transnational cases, with specialists in the countries in question.

Requirements
- Masters degree Legal;
- Minimum of 4 years experience;
- Lawyers at all levels will need excellent academic qualifications, excellent drafting skills, strong communication skills and be commercially savvy;
- You will have a top law firm background and fluency in English is essential;
- Afrikaans / Dutch language skills are an advantage.
