Key responsibilities
Purpose of position
- Managing all aspects of audit corporate client portfolio;
- Sell services to clients and prospective clients;
- Staff management (counseling and developing staff);
- Provide technical assistance regarding accounting and auditing
applications;
- Identifying business opportunities.
Requirements
- CA (SA) Degree, equivalent of RA (The Netherlands) or CFA (USA);
- 4 - 7 years experience within reputable, internationally known Audit
firm;
- Leadership skills, business focus, commercial team player;
- Takes responsibility and accountability, stress proof;
- Strong interpersonal skills, good relationship builder;
- Good technical, analytical and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage various projects simultaneously;
- Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all level;
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and
preferably Dutch;
- Up to date with (international) accounting and auditing standards; US
GAAP, IFRS, Mifid, Basel, SOX, etc.
