We're currently looking to recruit (Senior) Hydroprocessing Engineers to join the world renowned company in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities

The Hydroprocessing and Baseoils department's main activities are technical advice, on-site assistance, process design work for revamps and new units, design of reactor internals, experience transfer and research & development. The main technologies they focus on are hydrotreating, hydrocracking of conventional hydrocarbons, bio and synthetic feedstocks, residue hydroprocessing and base oil production.

As one of the (Senior) Hydroprocessing Engineers, you'll provide technical services and design activities to a large number of international hydroprocessing customers.

Requirements

Being a process engineer with hands-on hydroprocessing experience in a refinery environment, you'll also have experience of Pro II and other process modelling and simulation tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to work in a customer-oriented technical service environment are essential, and you should have the ability to work as a member of a virtual global team.

You'll have experience of making presentations and writing technical reports, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work. Design and project experience would be an advantage, as would knowledge of refinery economics and scheduling.
